Cancellation Policy

All clients have a 10 minutes grace period upon arrival. Anytime after the grace period will result a $15 late fee. More than 15 minutes will need to reschedule. Same dav cancellations (less than 24 hrs. in advance) will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit if wishes to book again NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will forfeit their deposit & no longer be allowed to Book with me
